How do I place an order on Arefin Mart?
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We try our best to provide clear and real product photos.
However, small differences may happen because of lighting or screen colors.
If the product is completely different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange.
What happens after I place an order?
After ordering:
- You receive an order confirmation.
- We prepare and pack your product.
- We hand it over to our delivery partner.
- You receive a delivery update.
- The courier delivers your order to your address.

Delivery cost will be clearly shown during checkout so you can confirm before placing the order.
How long will delivery take?
We deliver across Bangladesh:
- Inside major cities: 2–5 working days
- Outside major cities / remote areas: 3–7 working days

How long do I have to return an order?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you should contact us within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
