    How do I place an order on Arefin Mart?
    Simply browse the product you want, click “Add to Cart”, then go to Checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete your order.

    Yes. We try our best to provide clear and real product photos.
    However, small differences may happen because of lighting or screen colors.
    If the product is completely different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange.

    After ordering:

    1. You receive an order confirmation.
    2. We prepare and pack your product.
    3. We hand it over to our delivery partner.
    4. You receive a delivery update.
    5. The courier delivers your order to your address.

    What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.
    Delivery cost will be clearly shown during checkout so you can confirm before placing the order.

    We deliver across Bangladesh:

    • Inside major cities: 2–5 working days
    • Outside major cities / remote areas: 3–7 working days

    Delivery times may vary during weekends or holidays.

    Yes. After your product is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or delivery update via SMS, email, or your account dashboard.

    How long do I have to return an order?

     

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you should contact us within 3 days of delivery.
    The product must be unused and in its original condition.

     You can request a return if:
    You received the wrong item
    The product is damaged or defective
    The product does not match its description

    We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
